2. What personal data we collect

Through this website we may collect the following personal data:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send us. We process this data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.
• Cookies and analytics data: data on how the site is used, via Google Analytics and marketing tools (described in section 4).

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data solely for the following purposes:

• Replying to enquiries received through the contact form (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Analysing site traffic and improving the website (legal basis: consent through the cookie banner, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Displaying personalised ads through marketing tools (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4.1. Necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the basic functioning of the website. They collect no personal data and cannot be switched off.

• decio_consent — stores your cookie preferences. Lasts 1 year.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for anonymous traffic analysis. These cookies are activated only if you give consent.

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies used to distinguish users and sessions. Last up to 2 years.

These cookies make it possible to display personalised ads through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn. They are activated only with your consent.

• Accept necessary cookies only

You can change your choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser, after which the notice will be shown again.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties, except:

• Google LLC — for Google Analytics and Google Ads services (based in the USA; data transfers safeguarded by appropriate measures under Art. 46 GDPR).
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — for Facebook and Instagram advertising services (with your consent).
• LinkedIn Corporation — for LinkedIn advertising (with your consent).

6. Data retention period

• Data from the contact form is kept until its purpose is fulfilled (a reply to your enquiry), and for no longer than 2 years.
• Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept according to the service's default settings (14 months).
• The consent cookie (decio_consent) lasts 1 year.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request information on whether we process your data.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (the „right to be forgotten“).
• Restriction of processing — request restriction of processing in certain cases.
• Portability — request a copy of your data in a structured format.
• Objection — object to the processing of your data.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
